I'm a little sore today, not tremendously sore, and for that I am really grateful.

Now, you're thinking, okay thanks Ken, appreciate the information, what does that have to do

with us, and we didn't come to hear that.

Yes, you did.

Recently Dave Ramsey, my mentor, the guy who powers and runs Ramsey Solutions, which is the

source behind the Ken Coleman Show, recently called me out in our company wide staff,

like 650 of us I guess now.

And privately he had been teasing me, is like you need to run the Nashville half marathon

with me, I'm running 13.1 miles, and I looked at him and there were witnesses by the way,

and I said, you're nuts.

Why in the world would I want to run 13.1 miles just to hang out?

Is that like we're going to be talking?

He's going to be a lot of heavy breathing.

So he kind of laughed, you know, and you need to do it, stop whining blah blah blah.

So then like a week later he just calls me out.
