How are you two gentlemen doing? John. I'm really good. I'm pleased I didn't get the sack you know I haven't

really sacked Steph by the way but I haven't but Neil sorry I have sat Neil.

Steph's not well as she. Yeah yeah it was a night of the long knife style issue. I didn't quite manage to

kill Stella Steph off but I have made her poorly. I've just realized I've not checked my emails for a few hours,

maybe I've been sacked too and it's really awkward and I've just turned off.

The person says, hi yeah, like the friend who doesn't know that no one likes them.

And maybe you infiltrate my mind and made me park suspiciously far away and do that awkward jog across town.

I'm joking. I didn't jog. I'd never jog unless it's in running gift.

That's a fact about that.

It's really in clothes. I mean we'll come to the running section because that's part of the reason that you've been recruited as someone who can offer an insight into you know running

running around something we talk about. We're going to seek, there's what you think that I reckon.

The athlete's physique probably.

Yeah, no, I remember certain things about you from your appearances,

so we'll come on to those later on in the section, I'm entitling in my head Joe that's

not the section now though so just just notes yeah spoiler alert yeah yeah if you can. I'll just try and remember all the things about yourself.
