Welcome back. I'm Rebecca.

And I'm Gabe.

And we're back, babe. We are back.

We're glad to kick off another season.

We're calling this season the rhythm of us because we're building on our conversation from last season,

the fight for us, which was the book that Rebecca and I were able to write together that launched

that so many of you have read.

We've been just so encouraged by the amount of couples who have raised their hand and said,

we're fighting for our marriage.

Oh, we are so grateful that those of you who listened to last season and you started putting into practice, we've got lots of responses from you over the summer, which I have to interrupt and say, we did kind of take a summer of us. Didn't we? We went dark for a minute. In our rhythm, we needed a little bit of a break and we're so

glad we did. But now we're refreshed and excited. Yeah, we got some emails like, are you guys coming

back to the podcast? And we're like, yes, we are. We just needed a breather for a minute. And it was

such a full summer of family and parenting. One of our sons got engaged. So that's been a big deal in our family.

It's the first moment where a child made that decision to move into marriage themselves.

So you can imagine the conversations over the summer.

We're talking about marriage all the time.

And then an engagement happens in June.
