I just came from acupuncture with our friend Russell Brown

and we had a discussion about this and I was like I don't I I would normally do feel triggered but this year I think it not because there's not you you know, the entire democracy at stake, but I think it's the amount of conversation where it's like, this could go really badly. This could go okay. It could even go kind of well and all of those things are sort of on the table as like probable outcomes and also we're not really going to know that for days probably more like weeks depending on which state we're talking so that is and I guess all that to say it is sort of flattened my anxiety just spread it out a little bit so I'm not feeling it acutely in this moment.
