Its that time again where we hit the ground running with a January mini series. For the next 10 days (week days that is) I will be releasing a slightly shorter episode daily to get you into a healthier and more balanced headspace to feel like yourself and on the right path for the year and for any other time.
Today I discuss why it is that you can feel so stuck and how that impacts your ability to move forward with problem solving and goal setting, and how changing your state can help move you forward in the calmest way possible.
