When I say that there's a song playing in my heart, this is not poetry.

It's not a flowery way or a hidden way of saying that I feel love.

I do feel love every time I turn towards it.

But when I turn towards love, I also hear this melody.

I feel this melody.

And it's happening without me, just like the breathing is, just like the

thoughts are. But I have a choice. I could pay attention to the breath. I could pay attention

to the thoughts that is painful. I could pay attention. And I do pay attention to this song.

And it's only gotten louder as I've practiced more, and that's why I repractice.

And a lot of the practices that you've been introduced to, that I shared and wake up to love, that I share every day on Good Mornings with Curly Nicky, they imitate what is already the case, what's already happening when I say chant, when I say take the

name, when I say pray ceaselessly like it says in the Bible, that's already happening. And you're

doing it with your will until you can hear, is, until you can see that it's already the case,

that you're already praying ceaselessly, that you're

already surrendered, that there is a song that you don't have to consciously sing. You just have to

become conscious of it. This is a victory lap for you. For you to even be able to hear this message,

this frequency out of all of the others, that means the others are being cleared.

You've come to the end of the purging, of the pruning, and you're listening.

Keep chanting. Keep chanting. But listen while the chanting is happening. Listen and watch so that you know you're not the chanter.

And then the song becomes clear. The love that was once hard to hold on to that was so easily

lost is natural. It never leaves. And now you know. You recognize yourself as the love.
