faith-based way

and says all right self

what are you doing what worth do you have

what significance do you have what value do you have? What significance do you have? What value do you have?

Answer, I'm looking at Jesus and he has infinite value. I'm looking at Jesus and he has infinite worth.

I'm looking at Jesus and embracing him and trusting him and counting on him. He's my life. There's a kind of mental reflex most of us have where we size ourselves up based on how we think we're doing.

I think verse 3 is most remarkable. Probably one of the most important verses in the chapter, if you think about it the way I've been thinking about it anyway.

He's not leaving behind the issue of the new mind.

In fact, I think what you'll see in verse three is that he's giving an illustration, an

explanation of the way the new mind thinks.

For by the grace given to me, I say to everyone among you not to think.

Isn't it remarkable that having just told us that we need renewed minds?
