1:07.0	It's wonderful to have you. I've recently read your book, My Silk Road, which is the adventures and struggles of a British Asian refugee.

1:19.9	And we established that I played regularly through the years, Isaac Harrow, playing against Winchester.
1:25.5	You played tennis and rackets against, I think, it's your nephew or your nephew wants to move whatever it is. That's right. And your story is sort of of riches to rags to riches. I don't know if you've ever been described as that, but, you know, in terms of being sort of, well, deported from Mombasa. Funny enough, I learned to swim aged five in Mombasa.
1:45.0	No, that's incredible because that's when I was thrown in the ocean and said now,
1:51.0	oh yeah, that's how we were taught, taken in a boat, thrown in the ocean in the old port,
1:56.0	and we were told, right, swim or sink, mate.
1:58.0	We didn't know there was a rope all the way around us, but we did panic as kids. Help, we're going to die.
