It's wonderful to have you. I've recently read your book, My Silk Road, which is the adventures and struggles of a British Asian refugee.

I don't know if you've ever been described as that, but, you know, in terms of being sort of, well, deported from Mombasa. Funny enough, I learned to swim aged five in Mombasa.

No, that's incredible because that's when I was thrown in the ocean and said now,

oh yeah, that's how we were taught, taken in a boat, thrown in the ocean in the old port,
