Summary

From the most challenging of backgrounds, Jenny developed into a Marxist activist before having a radical encounter with Jesus. This led to a rechannelling of her energies as a journalist to address religious illiteracy in the West. Her campaigns have had seismic impacts, including helping end the conflict in Uganda with Kony’s Lord’s Resistance Army and helping stop the extremist London megamosque from going ahead. 0:07.0	The whole north of the country was in kind of lockdown.
0:11.0	You flew over it and all you saw was burnt and burning huts.

0:19.0	All the people had been shunted into vast camps where they were left to starve.
0:26.6	It was absolutely shattering.
0:28.6	But with my journalism, I knew I could help.
0:31.6	I mean, and I just got up such a head of steam.
0:34.6	I was so angry that this had been allowed to go on.
