| 0:50.3 | Yes, so do I, and it's a great honor, Dr. Douglas, to have you here. I feel very, very excited to be able to talk to you for this period of time. Tell us what does mindfulness mean to you? |
| 1:04.5 | Well, for me, mindfulness means being in the moment, being conscious of my environment, |
