We've been talking all this week since Monday about the heart and the big part that the heart plays in receiving healing.

You do realize that you receive with your heart.

You receive from God with your heart, not with your head, not with your body per se, but with your heart.

The Bible says, for with the heart man believes.

In these verses, you see some very enlightening statements.

Proverbs 4, beginning again with verse 20.

He said, my son, attend to my words, incline thine ear into my sayings.

Let them not depart from thine eyes.

Keep them in the midst of thine heart,

for they are life unto those that find them

and help to all their flesh.

Keep thy heart with all diligence,

for out of it are the issues of life.

Oftentimes, we'll just stop reading or quoting at this 22nd verse, but all this goes together.

And I think you can certainly see that verse 23 has to do with healing.

He's talking about how that God's words are life to those that find them

and help their medicine to all their flesh,

and he immediately says, keep your heart.

Guard your heart. One translation says,

keep it above all that you keep.

That's saying something, isn't it?

Keep your heart above all that you keep.
