today is the reality and foundation of online course creation and the step by step of online

business on autopilot. That way you're able to make sales every day and no longer having to

trade all of your time for money. Okay. So first off, my name is Randa Karaba. I am your host here and I am the owner and

founder of PowerFit, a women's online strength training program. We are a website base. We also

have a new app. We have a community of empowerment coaches. And we have almost 40 fitness programs.

training paired with macro counting for sustainability. So we are not the quick fix. We are not the

since I launched that in January 2019, all of my income has been

online, okay? But I also did launch my first ever self-development course in 2020. I do still have

that course out today. It is a confidence and mindset course. And then in 2023, I started adding in

educational digital products and courses and resources to help other

people grow as well as my own empowerment coaches within PowerFit.

So that's a little bit about me.
