I don't have any concerns this week. I am very happy. I am officially down 30 pounds since August,

and that is huge for me. I feel very motivated to keep going with everything. Honestly, I am truly

enjoying this process and that I am able to still live and enjoy my life. I know previously when I lost

a ton of weight before, I did not have a life.
