Why am I not enlightened here?

This is a question lots of people wrestle with.

And it's something I wrestled with for such a long time.

This sense of, I know other people have had a shift.

I haven't, even though I understand

non-duality conceptually, and I don't feel it will ever happen for me. But it did happen for me,

and it can happen for you. So in this video, I want to share where, in my view, most people

go wrong when it comes to waking up and how to

shift so that you can have a shift. I'm going to share three key things that I see around this

subject of waking up and why am I not enlightened yet.

So I was listening to one woman who had been on the spiritual path for 40 years.

She had this frustration. I haven't had a shift. And the answer given to her was it's because

you're expecting a shift.

There is no such thing as a shift.

You're awake now.

Now, this statement, you're awake now is both true and false.

It is true that right now, you, I I and everyone and everything has Buddha nature.

We are already awake.

We just have forgotten it.

That is true.

And that's why there is the cosmic joke.

So on one hand, that statement is true.
