A lot of us don't know what life we're wanting to live.

Right, a lot of us are living unintentional lives where we're essentially asleep.

seen tens of thousands of patients. And it's really only in the last few years I've studied and seen that there is a very,

I think the simplest way to answer that is because people don't understand that happiness is a skill.
