Hey, Joseph Clough here today I want to speak honestly.

I mean, I always do by the way, just so you know.

But because there is a cost to not resolving this conflict that we're going through, right?

All the stresses and the symptoms.

And most people underestimate it, the cost is not just a discomfort.

It's missed opportunities. It comes when it comes to our income not being earned.

In other words, maybe our promotions are missed or maybe we don't go for our dream job.

Maybe the boundaries are not set.

In other words, those in our life when we become people pleasers.

And ultimately, dreams are delayed year after year.

And reflect back.

Are you where you want to be in terms of your life situation, money,

health, career, relationships and so on? Are they where you really want them to be? And is it

emotional exhaustion of constantly managing yourself fighting fighting those symptoms.

Monitoring what you say, replaying what you've said, questioning your decisions, and

perhaps the heaviest cost, which is ultimately the quiet belief that maybe this is who

you are, that you're broken and unfixable.

But what if it's not who you are?

And what if you weren't broken?

What if you were fixable?

And ultimately, it was simply unresolved wiring.

You see, the inner conflict drains or our energy, becomes exhausting.
