He told the jury he has an agreement with the state of Connecticut.

It was signed by Tyler, his attorney, and parents in December 2022, about seven months after

Is the agreement that in consideration for your information during the investigation, during

any potential hearing, trial, grand jury, you're to provide truthful testimony and

consideration for that. You would not be prosecuted for anything that you were associated with

on May 14th of 2022. He said on the night of May 14th, 2022, his friend Jack Snyder picked him up to go out. He brought two bottles

of alcohol with him. He said they drank a little bit in the car. They went to Lido Valley's

house and picked up Lido and his girlfriend McKenzie. Tyler said he couldn't recall if Jack

drank anything, but he and the others all had some sips of alcohol on the ride.

They then went to a party on Lazy Brook Road, which he described as a typical high school party. It was all kids from St. Joe's High School. He said they all drink alcohol while they were

there. At one point, some kids who were not from St. Joe's came.

One of the time, two individuals came up, I said they were invited to the party.

The younger son of Maddie Lever was having the party.

And basically, she said he can't come in because there's way too many people already.

And said, can you just tell them to leave so we went over to them outside and told them to leave which I proceeded to like an
