Hey deserving listeners, today's episode is about the psychology of the TV show Fleabag, which is on Amazon, I believe.

It's one of my favorite shows of all time.

I was really surprised at how good it was and how much

I liked it. I like it up there with my favorite shows like the Americans or

black mirror or it's always sunny. If you haven't seen it, it's not a big commitment.

It's only 12 episodes for over, you know, six episodes a season for two seasons and it looks like they're not going to make any more seasons which is a very

British thing to do and each episode is only 25 minutes long and it moves really fast.

It is extremely touching and very human and very hilarious. It is both surreal but very

real at the same time. It's hilarious in a way that I've never seen before that

when she looks at the camera it conveys so much emotion. You know a lot of the

fourth wall breaking things like

Deadpool or the office this kind of stuff they'll look at the camera but it's more

like a one-way communication. Fleabag, you feel like you're in a relationship with this

person, like she sees you and you have a relationship, this sort of private relationship with this person it's really weird how she managed to pull that off

Phoebe Waller Bridge created it and stars in it

It's the TV show is based on her one woman show first performed on stage in 2013 and

it was converted and adapted for TV she's's amazing, the writing, the acting, her facial expressions

communicate so much in such little time. Like I said, the TV show moves really fast. It's just

boom boom boom. This year 2019 it had 11 Emmy nominations and won six including

Outstanding Comedy Series Outstanding and one six including outstanding comedy series outstanding lead actress by

Phoebe Waller Bridge and outstanding writing by Phoebe Waller Bridge. She also
