Hey, everybody. Welcome to the show. A little bit of a rearranging. I think I teased last week at the end that I was on the end of the last episode that this week was going to be with a kind of a goofier one with with scat berry coughman, and he's the author of a goofy just like we were, he writes awesome books, but goofy and that we were super playful and had a bunch of laughs, but anyway, he wrote a book,

a transcend the new science of self actualization, all about kind of rethinking Maslow's hierarchy of needs in a modern world with the science that has advanced since that time. And so that's actually going to be next week now, a lot of moving pieces with a bunch of different projects. I won't get all into it. I'll talk a bunch at the end because I have a bunch of things that I've been releasing this month, including my

new podcast mind under matter with remain nasor, who's joining us in this episode for kind of a little bit of a roll of reversal episode with with return guest, see Scott, see Sean green and talking all about we're going to be blending kind of the idea of different cognitive biases and applying them to the world of comedy. I think you're really going to enjoy this.

This episode quite a bit. And I wanted to at the end of the episode talk about a few of the things that I have going on, but one thing that I wanted to mention was that if you've if you've seen some of like last year, we really started getting the scheduling of the show dialed in and a lot more consistent in this month. It's been just slightly off because of starting up the new show and rearranging some things we're now doing.

Here we are is dropping every Wednesday. Now, so you can count on it every Wednesday, count on it.

You know, we're going to miss some here and there and make up for it in double week episodes, but you can typically count on it every single Wednesday and and so this is at least the working schedule that we're playing around with.

And mind under matter is going to be every month Monday with Rameen and I. And then every Friday, there's a special mind under matter, Patreon bonus show called Mind Under Art that that we're doing.

And so we're kind of spacing things out for editing sake and allowing more post production time and that sort of thing.

And adding some other stuff to to my Patreon, like I just released my my good trip, the only ever recording of that that came out that's on there, speaking of which I did my first red at AMA.

We rescheduled the me and Pete's AMA, which we talked about in his episode, but the

we we did AMA for psychonotics. It went really, really well. It was the most popular AMA of the day, top 10 of the week or something.

I didn't look, it kept on, it kept on climbing over the following days, but it was really cool. So if you want to go and check that out.

Maybe I'll try to find a put a link to it somewhere, but if you go into red at AMA and or Google my name on there, whatever it should pop right up new, new to red it.

And yeah, I just wanted to fill you in on the on the new schedule and just let you know that.
