Okay, so I want to speak to the process of going through a transformation where you feel

like you're growing in some way, but it's quite painful.

There's a sense of restlessness, unease, and uncertainty.

You're clearly in a transition, and we could think of this as the transition of a caterpillar

into a butterfly.

There's this in-between stage where you're no longer a caterpillar, you're not quite yet

a butterfly with wings, you're just sort of a stuck, but even though your form is not

known to you, it's not familiar, and there can feel like a sense of hurry up.

Something is happening, something is shifting, there's great change still going on, and

in a lot of these moments where we feel that transition point, where we're going from

one version of ourselves into another, the most we can do is just give that process

space.

You're transitioning from one belief system, a set of mental models into another, and

that can be difficult.

They'll be going back and forth, wait, do I believe this or do I believe this?

Wait, I don't know what I believe anymore.
