allowing whatever is happening in this moment to be happening in this moment.

It's so common that there's a settle, maybe it's not even settle,

sense of like, no, I don't want this experience I want something

better than I'm dreaming up in my mind or that I'm remembering in my mind.

So I'm remembering in my mind.

So I'm not talking about like allowing like terrible injustices or allow allowing all kinds of terrible things that happen in the world, I'm talking about just this moments

experience, just this moments experience. Right now, for example, the pressure against the cushion or the chair against the body.

When you're doing walking meditation, the pressure on the bottom of the feet as you walk.

The experience of the chest moving when you breathe.

The experience of seeing when the eyes are open. Just that moment after moment, is there a way that we can just allow that moment to be there? It doesn't mean
