Now, let me ask one thing about one more.

What if you get to a point where you have no more mental bandwidth with one more?

Is that a possibility?

Or is that just something that people fear that I run out of time in my day to do all

of these kinds of things?

And then I kind of get to a mental prime point where then I do zero more and then one less

and then five less.

How do you at least talk about that so the brain doesn't defeat the process?

Okay.

Maybe in a minute after this we'll talk about time because I have a whole chapter on how

to bend and manipulate time.

I don't want to get there.

Yeah.

But I got to tell you, I have a chapter in the book where I talk about one more inconvenience

which is learning to do the inconvenient and difficult thing.

But the underlying factor in that to answer this part of the question is this.

I have a quote in there where I say, extremity expands capacity.

So when you do something to the extreme, not only are you doing more, you're expanding

your capacity to do more in the future.

Maybe expands capacity.
