If you've got a Bible, Ephesians chapter 1 is where I want to share.

And I'm going to kind of weave in some of my story into the verse or two that we're going to look at out of Ephesians chapter 1.

And so when Paul writes this book to the church, he's writing and he's

trying to explain the really important things, the central things. And right off the bat,

he introduces himself. He starts out the whole book of Ephesians, this book that like has

changed history. It's one of the central books of the whole history of the church. And he starts

off like this. He says, Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus.

So he introduces himself and he says, this is my name. I'm Paul. I'm an apostle.

Which is incredible because for some of you walked in here today, some of you would be like, you know,

here's the kind of people I think God uses. God uses, you know, perfect people.

People who don't, you know,

swear and do bad things and look at things and think of wrong thoughts. He uses people like Paul.

And we read the Bible. We see he wrote 13 books of the New Testament. He's like this saint. He's so

smart. These are the kinds of people God uses in our minds. And we come in here and we think

we're already out of use because you know your sins. You know the things you've done. You know

the wrongs. You know your mistakes. And so you go, man, God can never, God can never use me.

He only uses people like the Apostle Paul. And if you're new to church, the first thing you've

got to understand about Paul is he was a murderer. So raise your hand if you're a to church, the first thing you got to understand about Paul is he was a murderer.

So raise your hand if you're a murderer.

All right.
