In fact, we're so busy here, I'm having to fill in now after a couple of years of being

retired from training because we can't hire people fast enough.

It's a good sign, but it may be that if you're not well trained and don't know the basics

of management, you can get left behind by those people who do.

So in March, what are we doing?

March 10th, we're doing a virtual effective communicator course.

March 15th, 16th and 17th were in Chicago in person for an EMC and ECC and an effective

hiring manager conference.

Starting on the 21st of March, we're doing a virtual EMC.

Those are four sessions, about two hours long, going to resume.

I think it's the 21st through the 31st.

We're doing those sessions on four different days within those 10.
