So now we're going to talk about why did they do that?

When you find yourself asking why did they do that, the answer is to seek to understand.

Whenever you don't understand why someone did what they did and did it when they did it or did it with

whom they did it or where they did it or how they with whom they did it, or where they did it, or how they did it,

and so on. The answer is to ask them why. No one acts without reason. Again, it goes back to people

do things that they typically find value in or that they think is the right way to do it. So even if they don't know what the reason is at the

time or why they chose to do that, it's still worth asking the question so you can understand.

Like we said, people don't come in to work in the morning to deliberately ruin your day.

But we had that conversation before we even started, right? I was complaining.

Yeah. As usual. It's complaining. People were texting me way too early this morning.

And they didn't deliberately think, oh, it's seven o'clock and Wendy happens to be at her

her desk this morning. I'll start texting her and asking her questions because that'll ruin her

day. Nobody thought that. They were like, oh, Wendy's there because that'll ruin her day.

Nobody thought that.
