Summary

In todays episode, I take a look at the power of the present moment and its impact on our life trajectories.  Being that both the past and the future are mere fabrications, "right now" is our most powerful weapon.

In fact, greatness is not achieved when most think it is.  As Brian Moran states in his book The 12 Week Year, "It is not when Phelps wins the medal that he achieves greatness, it is all the moments leading up to that point. Winning the medal was simply recognition."

If the present moment is truly the essence of life, perhaps there's benefit to looking at it from a different angle. Join me on today's episode in doing just that!
