Summary

Sometimes the most savage thing you can do… is pause.
I’m hitting pause on Season 3 of the Sad to Savage podcast—not because I’m done, but because I need to make space for the next chapter of my life.

Between planning two weddings, running two businesses, building life-changing products, and preparing to start a family… I knew I needed to take a small step back.

This episode is about more than just me.
It’s about giving you permission to pause.
To step back from the habits, routines, or relationships that are no longer serving your future—and use that time to plant the seeds for the life you really want.

Hard decisions are often the most powerful ones.
And you can always come back. 🤍

I'm putting a quick pause to season three of the podcast for now. Not because I don't love it,

0:18.4

because there's truly nothing I love more than getting to you up to you guys and teach in long form, but because I need to practice what I preach and that means making hard decisions sometimes. And I want to tell you guys why and how this might apply to your life too. Let's get into my thoughts and my why. Right now, the podcast, it takes me about 10 hours a week.

I do it all on my own. I love writing out my episodes, recording, and then editing it.

The truth is I'm running two businesses. I'm building multiple products that I truly believe

will change lives. And I'm planning not just one, but two weddings. I'm also working on a book and then on top of that

0:55.7

I'm trying actively every single day to make content to teach habits and routines just online for my

socials. The products I'm working on are for my sad to savage six week habits, strength, Pilates,

1:07.8

and nutrition program, which I am so excited about. And then I'm also finishing

1:11.7

my Sad to Savage full course. I also had a small little medical thing happen recently that made me

1:18.0

realize that I really do need to slow down. I'm someone who loves being busy. I love chaos.

I love working and I love you guys so much. But my health does have to come first

so that I can show up for everything and everyone in my life. Sometimes we just have a moment

that we're given. I believe God gives me a lot of moments where he's like, hey, I love you,

1:41.7

but you need to take a pause. On top of all that, I'm also

1:45.3

actively thinking about the next chapter of my life since I get married so soon. I get married

1:50.3

and like, oh my gosh, legally I get married in my small wedding in like a month and a half. I also have

two bridal showers coming up. Like there's a lot going on. And then I have my big wedding in

less than three months. I also still don then I have my big wedding in less than three

thinking the next chapter of my life, getting pregnant and just slowing down so that I have a better
