exclusively for our radio listeners. And now here's Andrew. A mediator is a person who tries to reconcile two opposing forces or persons.

Moses was a mediator between God and man.

Abraham was a mediator between God and man, and it was appropriate for them to pray that way.

But it says in 1st Peter chapter 2, verse 5 that there is only one mediator between

God and man now and that is the man Christ Jesus and Jesus has now

stood between us and an angry God and he has reconciled us unto God and you do not have to plead with God and become a mediator.

You do not pray the way that Moses did and the way that Abraham did.

And if you do that, you're anti-Christ.

You're against Jesus as being the only mediator.

You are assuming a position that Jesus has already taken and Jesus ended all of that Old Testament mediation.

You know when I say that, man, that really gets people upset.

I've had good friends get up and walk out of a service who've

known me for years and years and years. But you know what? This isn't a sense is

what the Apostle Paul is doing. He's not just giving them a pass and saying well their

intention is good man he is saying that they are the enemies of the cross of

Christ and this statement right here when he says, beware of the concision.

The next verse says, for we are the circumcision,

the word circumcum, you know, is talking about around,

circumcision, a cutting all around.
