for a while will recognize a lot of these ideas. Often we talk about them under the name or the

perspective of the mindset continuum or the mindset spectrum. We've called it a number of things over

over the years. This time around, and I really like this reframe, we're calling it the storytelling

continuum. And I think it'll make sense as we get into it. And just a quick preview, we're going to do

a little bit more on our Friday episode this week that lets us go a little bit deeper into this idea of

storytelling as it relates to mindset. So make sure you tune in on Friday for that. But without any

further ado, here's Ben presenting on the storytelling continuum. There is a huge difference between

being a victim of a situation and having a victim mindset.

The victim mindset is the story. The victim incident is an experience. One you have control over

one you do not. And it's the stories we tell ourselves that end up shaping our lives. So there is,
