I'm here at St. Anne's with the men's group,

learning about St. Joseph tonight.

So let's call to mind that we're ever in the presence of Almighty God

in whom we live and move and have our being.

We call upon Him in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

Our rosary is entitled the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Our rosaries entitled

the power of St. Joseph. Of all men in the entirety of the existence of the world,

the Lord God chose St. Joseph to be his human father on earth. St. Joseph existed eternally in the mind of the Heavenly Father, patterned after

father when the fullness of time came. The name Joseph means in Hebrew, Yahweh give an increase.

St. Joseph is the very recipient of this increase due to his relationship with Jesus.

Born in Bethlehem, which means house of bread, we see Joseph foreshadowed by the patriarch Joseph in the Old Testament.
