That's why a community is so important because you can surround yourself with successful people. Look, if you run around with a bunch of losers, you're going to end up like a loser. You want to run around with winners. We all know this.

Well, if you want to become good at losing weight and keeping it off, you want to become good at this, you need to surround yourself with winners. And one of the things you can do is go find stories of winners in the absence of the actual people in your life. and you can learn how they got there because you're going to learn that
