Welcome back to the Gutsi Health podcast.

I have my co-host, Gina warful with me and she is in

costa rica right now and it looks amazing and i wish i was where you were we're actually at

completely opposite ends of the spectrum where you're like covered in snow utah and i'm like sweating

my butt off here and Costa Rica.

I just want to be there. I'm not a snow person. I'm trying to be, but I'm not. I mean,

I grew up in Africa. So I see your background, Gina, and I'm just dying inside. I want to be there

so bad. It's a neat experience. I've been waking up in the morning and going outside

and there's like monkeys just right outside. I'm like it feels like I'm living in the zoo. This is

really such a weird experience. It's cool. Yeah. Well, listeners today, it's been a while since

Gina and I have just done a podcast by ourselves. And so we're hoping that this can like kind of

turn into a lovely heart and soul episode.

I've actually recorded this podcast like four times and then I just haven't sent it off

because it hasn't felt right. Because it's one, it's hard to talk about myself. And two, it's like,

what is the takeaway? Like what are the big takeaways that I want listeners to get out of it?
