basics and keeping things simple. And many, many years ago, decade plus ago, 15 plus years ago, I remember having

this saying that, yeah, it's simple, but it's not easy. I've said that about program design.

It's so simple. It's complicated because certain things have complexity, the human body. But if you have a real

deep understanding of proper training technique, how to modify things to change the outcome and to

achieve your goals, then it's simple for you because like somebody like

myself, I've, you know, I always say, man, I started squatting in 1989.

We're almost 20, 25.

So we're looking at 35 plus years of squats.

I've grown up and lived in the gym.

I mean, I would do my homework in the gym.

And so I would do homework and every few minutes turn around and scan the gym

and I could see the things going on that were right or wrong.

And that's why I say things like I can see from across the room when somebody's squat is off

because their stance isn't inch too close or they didn't unwrack the bar properly or I see

the bar is not placed on their traps.

And simplicity is not just for training. I think about simplicity

in life and really think about how complex and how complicated we've gotten with life and how

people my age kind of blew it for the kids. And I came across this short video on Instagram
