Summary

In today’s episode, I sit down with Rhonda Klch, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EquityFirst. We explore my journey from becoming a millionaire by age 30 to losing everything in 2008, including the $100 million I had amassed. We discuss the critical mindset shift that transformed my approach to life and business. Fear, identity, and gratitude play pivotal roles in our conversation, and I share the lessons learned from my failures and how they paved the way for future success. We also touch on the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people and consistently seeking guidance from those who have achieved what you aspire to.
