Summary

In today's episode, I share my experiences from traveling to over 200 cities, where I host morning meetups to help people with their personal and professional challenges. By connecting with individuals worldwide, I gain insights into what people are truly listening for. I discuss how our words carry frequencies and the impact of those frequencies on our well-being. Through my research background, I’ve learned to identify and manage reactions to fear, allowing me to live at ease. This episode explores the importance of gratitude, forgiveness, and accountability in overcoming obstacles and maintaining a state of happiness and health.
