these days about the power of renewing your mind. I've been talking a little bit about my new

book, waking up to the goodness of God, and just you're hearing a lot because it's a new year,

and so people are talking about it. Well, today we're going to talk about the how and the why

of mind change. Dr. Lee Warren, one of our favorites, is returning to the program today. We're

going to draw some from his book, which is genius, brilliant book, Hope is the first dose,

a treatment plan for recovering from trauma, tragedy, and other massive things. We're getting

But then there's just, to me, it feels like therapy throughout

because you've got this spine, neurobrain spine surgeon talking to us about the neurology of our

thoughts, the physiology of our thoughts, the spirituality of our thoughts as a Christian, how we

respond to the hard things, the traumatic things. What's the story we're telling

ourselves? This book is amazing. I truly wholeheartedly endorse it. I'm just, I mean, I'm just
