I'm not sure that I really ascribed to that because I'm like if life gives you lemons, you should

about though is you can have gratitude for a situation even if it looks like it's a really really terrible thing and sometimes you do that around health.

There's a time when I weighed 300 pounds, you've all

probably heard me say that before, but the chronic fatigue syndrome was the real

thing where you just feel like everything you do is an enormous amount of work, just driving, just making a

decision and if you've ever had that kind of what I'm going to call crippling fatigue it's

not about willpower doesn't matter much you want to do it it's everything is

so big and I was there and I climbed out of it in you really, really good place better than I've ever been in my life.
