| 0:00.0 | Hi, everyone. Welcome to Radio Headspace and to Monday. It's Sam here. |
| 0:21.1 | So something that can really help us navigate this complicated world is working with our |
| 0:26.0 | mindsets, that vital self-talk that gives us perspective. We've all had difficult moments |
| 0:33.1 | where we couldn't see the best case scenario. But when we practice, we can learn to spot |
| 0:38.6 | those elusive silver linings. So today, let's explore how our mindset can help us bring |

| 2:14.5 | And the way you approach life has a lot to do with beliefs. These could be beliefs about |
| 2:19.4 | yourself, like your own innate strengths and abilities, or beliefs about others. So there's |
| 2:28.0 | a great example of this in a study that researcher Greg Walton did at Stanford. He designed |
