So I thought this episode would be a perfect

opportunity to give you guys a little bit of an update on what I've been up to over the past

couple of weeks. I try to share as much as I can on Instagram, but I realize that people don't

always catch what I'm posting in my story. And, you know, sometimes they don't know sort of

what's happening until like after the fact so I

thought it would be cool to do a little life and business update with you guys so one of the themes

for me for this year is being in front of people and meeting my readers meeting other business

owners meeting other inspired women in person I love love the internet. You guys know that.

I love social media. I think it's an incredible tool. But honestly, we're all a little bit too

addicted to our screens. I think you can probably relate. I know that I definitely can.

But I have to say, I don't know if you guys noticed that there was like, I didn't notice this

until after it happened. A week or two ago, there was like an Instagram

Facebook crash, apparently. One day last week, like everything just kind of went dark and people

couldn't log on to Instagram and Facebook. And I personally didn't even know that this happened

until after the fact. I found out the next morning, I think, or like that night or something.
