Why it's so difficult and how you can redirect your energy in order to get what you want

The reason why it's so hard to let go is because our brains love what's familiar.

Even if the job that you're in is sucking your soul dry or that relationship, ugh, it's

causing more drama than love, it's still what you know.

And anytime you go to change or take a risk or let go, your brain is going to fight that

change because it feels like something new might be dangerous.

And I'm here to tell you it's the opposite.

When you start to feel that that relationship or job or habits in your day to day life

If it's not leading you toward the life or the version of yourself that you know you
