0:10.0	episode, we are going to talk about the power of I don't know. More to come on
0:17.1	that in a moment. First, let's settle in together with the sound of the bells.
0:30.0	Okay, so the power of I don't know. And a big part of that work is getting
0:48.6	clear on what is your yes and what is your no on a moment-to-moment basis. But
0:55.7	it's not always that binary. Sometimes the response is I don't know. It's not a
1:02.3	clear yes. It's not a clear no. Or there is some clear yes deep in your system
1:09.1	which is often the case, but it's clouded. It's complicated. There are a lot of
1:14.3	variables that are getting in the way of being able to see that clearly, feel
1:18.3	that clearly, or trust that. And so that leaves us in the space of I don't know. I
1:24.8	don't know what to do right now. I don't know if I should take this job. I
1:29.2	don't know if I should leave this relationship or take the next step. I don't
1:34.8	know what the best course of action is in XYZ situation. Sometimes I don't
1:41.5	know is the truth that is moving through us. And a lot of times our tendency is to
1:47.6	want to quickly move out of I don't know. We get caught in thoughts about why
1:54.1	I don't have clarity. What's wrong with me? Why can't I figure this out? Everyone
1:59.3	around me seems to have clarity on what they're doing. All these voices are
2:03.2	coming and telling me what I should do in this situation. But I still feel like
2:08.0	I don't know. And because of that, it feels like there's something wrong with me.
2:12.2	And so the biggest barrier to the potential of I don't know is not actually
2:19.9	giving ourselves permission to embody this truth. And subsequently, we end up
