0:36.2	And one of the interesting things about being around people in groups is you begin to

0:41.8	When I used to work with drug cartels and every person who kind of worked in a drug cartel
0:47.2	seemed like a regular guy until he was with this whole group and you go, oh, I'm in
0:50.4	the middle of a drug cartel.
0:52.1	And I used to work a lot with street gangs.
0:56.4	And any guy that I would talk to in a gang, they just seemed like a regular guy until
1:00.6	I was with the gang that I realized, oh, you know, one is like the other.
1:05.9	And there's something interesting about when you put people in their tribe, when you put
1:09.8	people in their cluster, you begin to identify patterns that are recurring in those people
1:15.6	and you realize, oh, there's certain attributes of these people that are really significant
1:20.1	and those are the ones that are highlighted.
1:21.7	So part of what I love to do in my life is I love sifting for the gold in people and
1:28.0	understanding what is it that makes that person unique?
