I really am so happy that you were able to take some time for this because I just, I wanted to talk to you mostly about relationships.

short period of time. So I want to dive right into that and just talk a lot about relationships.

and what are your strategies and tactics that you put in place for that? Well, first, it's prioritizing

relationships relative to time. And so we have to have non-negotiable relationships that we pay

attention and give attention to every single day with a minimum amount of time.

So let me use my three daughters. I have three daughters in his son. My three daughters are in their 20s.

I give them a minimum of two minutes a day every day of my life. Now two minutes a day may not sound like a lot, but number one, it's minimum.

Two, if you know 20-year-olds, they don't want to spend more than two minutes a day, usually with you.

But three, the part that most people don't understand, especially when it comes to relationships,

is two minutes a day is worth two hours on a Saturday.
