This is for the Jenny Katrin Leadership podcast and the Allie Worthington show.

And you may be wondering, I'm normally listening to the Jenny Katrin Leadership podcast.

Why is Allie on here?

Because it's a special show for you.

We are recording one show for both of our podcast because we have something special

to talk about today. It is the unique challenges for women in leadership. And we are so excited,

Allie. Thanks for joining with me. And it's fun to do both of our shows at one time. It's going to be so

good. But yes, talking about those unique challenges that women in leadership face and you and I both work in different spheres, different places of influence, as do all of our listeners, especially the women who listen to both of our podcasts, might be leading in the church, you might be leading in an organization,

you might be a business leader, you might be leading your family and trying to navigate

all things at home. But all of you are leading in some sphere. And so we're excited to talk a little

bit about some of the work that we do with women in leadership, talk about some of the challenges

that we're facing as women in leadership.
