In this episode Denise and Samantha discuss how the power of the choices can truly change the way we are experiencing our day to day lives.

We based this episode on a Ted Talk by Carolyn Myss, where she gives 5 choices we can all make to find more happiness but also improve the quality of our lives and interactions with others.

The 5 choices mentioned in the talk were:

  1. Live with Integrity.
  2. Choose to share your wisdom rather than your pain.
  3. Take Risks.
  4. Choose new words.
  5. Choose to get up every day and bless your day.

This talk and video can be found at: https://www.myss.com/choices-can-change-life-tedx-findhorn-salon/

The book Samantha mentioned at the beginning of the show: The Midnight Library by Matt Haig.
