Hello lovely listeners, I am your host Heather and I am so excited to be here with you today.

1:08.0

I have something wonderful I want to make the announcement. We did a great Zoom meeting with Carolina

1:15.9

back on November 30th. That was released to our podcast premium subscribers as a bonus.

1:22.5

But what I wanted to let you know is it was super fun to have her come on after I got done

1:28.4

coaching with her share where she was, what she learned, answer some of our podcast premium members

1:34.7

questions. And this week her 12th coaching call goes out to our podcast premium subscribers.

1:43.1

After that 10th call with her, things are drastically improving for Carolina. You'll see a huge pivot

1:51.1

if you've listened to the first nine episodes and then you start listening to 10, 11 and then 12

1:57.9

and 13 and 14 that are to come out. You're going to hear a huge transition for her. And in episode 12,

2:05.2

which comes out this week, she actually starts to make some really awesome improvements. She's

2:10.4

wanting to eat healthier on her own. We talk about how she didn't binge at her mom's house when

2:17.0

she went to go check on the cats, how she's starting to see her own improvements as we go through

2:23.0

the facts versus feelings of her coaching and what she's been going through. And then how she

2:28.8

actually was able to leave two treats and her cabinet, which she had never, ever done before.

2:34.8

So there's a lot of really good stuff going on in the coaching series with Carolina. And so many

2:40.8

people are really getting benefit from that. They're hearing me coaching her and they're implementing

2:46.4

these changes into their own life and seeing major improvements. So there's something to be said

2:51.3

about getting direct coaching. But I would say second to that, if you can't get a coach,

2:57.1

listening to somebody else week to week getting coached about these issues can be hugely impactful.

3:03.3

So if you are not a podcast premium subscriber, it's super reasonable price. I mean,
