Hello, I am your host Heather and as always I am thrilled to be here with you. I have got to tell you something.

1:10.0

It has been phenomenal to see the difference in the Half-size-me community since I have only allowed a three-month membership.

1:19.0

I am thinking I am going to stick with this because what I am seeing is people are not quitting on themselves.

1:26.0

I have seen whenever you offer up a one-month thing people will join and they will say, well, if it doesn't work for me, I will quit.

1:33.0

It's not a big deal. I will just cancel. With the three-month membership, we have seen cancellations drastically decrease because people realize when they sign up for three months, they are committing to three months.

1:47.0

It is one of those things you are making that decision on the front end that I am going to stick with something for this time period.

1:54.0

I am loving seeing that change and the people that are there are getting more actively engaged which I totally appreciate.

2:03.0

The reason that we wanted to switch to the three-month membership is because when you join, you get overwhelmed.

2:09.0

I am going to tell you what happens. People get overwhelmed. We have been doing the community for over 10 years. We have a lot of content.

2:16.0

We have courses. We have challenges. We have webinars. We have a lot of stuff going on. And because of that, you join, you think, okay, I am here for a month. I got to try everything.

2:28.0

And then you feel overwhelmed and you quit. Because your lower brain tells you, well, look, you are not doing anything. You are not using it.

2:35.0

Nothing is happening. So let's just cancel. But when you sign up for three months, you know you have three months. You know you have 90 days to try everything. You don't feel as rushed.

2:46.0

If it takes you a while to go through the six steps of success or if you only want to do one challenge, you got plenty of time to do that.

2:53.0

And you have Heather telling you, just pick one thing. Pick a challenge and stick with that. Don't do anything else. Do the six steps to success. Don't do anything else. I don't expect you to do everything. Actually, I prefer you don't do everything.

3:09.0

And when you do, you will only do things in the sense of to check them off your list. When you've got that much content to go through, you can't really invest yourself in deep learning. Because it's like, okay, I want to do the superficial.

3:24.0

I listened to it. Now I can check it off. And now I can move on to the next thing. I rather you immerse yourself into the summer stuff. Take it super seriously.

3:33.0

Actually, do the things we're talking about. So I'd rather you take your time. That all being said, when you commit for that three months, again, it gives your lower brain a chance to check out on the you're not doing everything in 30 days. So go ahead and quit on yourself.

3:49.0

So I just want to encourage you, if you have not joined, please do so. And you do get the thrive during the holidays kit as a free thing with your membership.

3:59.0

All right. So today, we are going to be going into another candidate for the potential situation of getting ongoing coaching like what Carolina received.
