1:47.9 | people out there doing what they want to do, but I can't do that. I have to live in this box. |
1:55.2 | But it's not true at all. You can do that as well, right? And yet, our minds often have a habit of |
2:07.2 | telling us that we can't. The reason that we have those thoughts, regardless of whatever our |
2:16.3 | motivation is, is because we're designed on a animal level to seek safety. |

2:34.5 | like our animal brain. It doesn't really care if we're happy. It doesn't care if we feel fulfilled. |
