I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day.

Got an email this week from Carolyn, who discovered the podcast, found the podcast several months ago.

She didn't say how. I'm always fascinated when someone writes in either leaves a comment and Apple Podcasts or they send me an email or make a donation and leave a comment.

And they say, you know, I found the podcast, you know, a few months ago and never say, how?

Well, how did you find the podcast?

Was it like laying on the sidewalk?

Anyhow, Carolyn found the podcast several months ago,

And she said she's not new to fitness.

In fact, has been active for most of the last 10, 11 years.
