South.

You know, the South has always been about her people.

For example, George Gilmore, a cook who brought together the Kennedys and the Kings, and

also Zeffer Wright, Lyndon Johnson's cook, who helped him understand the pain of segregation.

John T. Edge tells their stories and also the story of America through the culinary history

of the South.

I would have thought the bread business in Italy, even Southern Italy, would be very good.
